Mindfulness is a quality of awareness that allows us to be more present for ourselves, others and the moments of our lives. It is an innate and trainable quality of mind.

Mindfulness is also an evidence-based practice for experiencing life and work with more ease, effectiveness and sustained well-being.

“I didn’t really know what to expect from the program when I signed up, but couldn’t have been happier with Brenda as our instructor. I think I was concerned that it might be a little more “hippy-dippy” than I’m used to, but Brenda’s knowledge of the science behind mindfulness, eagerness and ability to answer questions, and her personal understanding of working in a corporate setting made her a compelling and relatable instructor.”
